CURRENTLY FISHING !!! The Big Manistee River We still have a good number of salmon and even some Silver salmon if you are fishing low in the Big Manistee River like I have been, We are hooking and landing lots of fish. The steelhead are just starting to show up we are looking forward to a great run. The weather is turning very cold and rainy, incase you are new to this it is the key ingredient to brining steelhead out of Lake Michigan and up the Big Manistee River. We should be in full swing steelhead fishing in about a week. You don't want to miss out on going Steelhead fishing with me this fall so if you procrastinate it will be to late call me now!  If you recently watched my musky casting show on Lake St Clair with Kelly Gotch on Michigan out of Doors or the smallmouth Bass show I encourage you to try to book for next year for musky or smallmouth to try to catch the peek time!
